Cancellation Policy

1. Session Arrival & Conduct Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled session. SueShoots Photography reserves the right to terminate the session immediately if a client is uncooperative, disruptive, or abusive toward the photographer, staff, or contractors. In such cases, no refunds will be issued and all session fees will be forfeited. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation • All session deposits or payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. • Clients may reschedule their session with approval from SueShoots Photography. • A $45 rescheduling fee will apply and must be paid in full along with the remaining session balance. 3. Late Arrivals • If a client is 15–20 minutes late, a $35 late fee will be applied. • If a client is more than 30 minutes late, a $75 fee will be charged (equivalent to one full hour). All late fees must be paid with the remaining session balance. 4. Location Changes • Any additional travel to locations outside of the originally agreed-upon session site will incur a $35 travel/location fee per added location. • These fees must be paid in full with the session balance. 5. Work Product & Image Delivery • Digital proofs will be delivered to the client within 14 business days after the session date. • Proofs remain the sole property of SueShoots LLC and are for review purposes only. Clients may not store or distribute unpurchased proofs. • Final images are licensed for personal use only, and clients will receive the number of edited images as stated in their package. • Additional images may be purchased separately. 6. Indemnification • SueShoots Photography is not obligated to capture specific moments, poses, or individuals during the session. • If the photographer is unable to fulfill the session due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., illness, emergency, weather, etc.), all payments made will be refunded in full. • Clients agree to release SueShoots Photography from liability in the event of technological failure, including data loss. • The photographer is not required to retain image files beyond 60 days after delivery. • SueShoots Photography is not responsible for any personal injuries sustained during the session. • While professional quality is guaranteed, artistic preferences are subjective and not grounds for refunds.
